Day 3 San Juan

Wow why a lazy day for me today… I didn’t do much this morning except going to the gym (very busy to my surprise but not as busy as it was yesterday) and the showered and dressed for lunch.

I don’t see the Knights on the schedule but there is so much going on … it’s quite different than the Apex back in January where it was a lot less entertainment and there are days where the theater was not in use.

Must have been due to starting back up post-covid. We were on Apex in February and there were 3 full shows in the theatre and nightly actual entertainment in Eden. We did Apex the following week and were disappointed by the entertainment offerings in comparison (only 2 theatre shows and only acoustic music every night in Eden).

I am good either way as long as the cruising experiencing is a great one (which it has been on both)

@BennyBrun this is max and ruby from your Royal Caribbean blogs.
I told you I would give you a review of perfect day at Coco Cay.

The pool was  fabulous! I got off ship super early. 8:30. Everyone thought 9 am but we got there early. I snagged an umbrella spot to camp out until after lunch. And I was glad I did. Beach person said super windy at beaches. I discovered that when I walked over.

I was like the only person in pool for 30 minutes. Able to swim laps. Well my attempt. I’m such an inefficient swimmer.

Started filling up around 10. By lunch packed. We were also the only ship in port!

I loved being close to pool, chair, bathroom , food.

Sand at pool too if you want to never go into ocean.

My new favorite place!

Btw, I walked over to south beach and many loungers available at 1. But they are so close together.  Pool lingers more spread out.

I am so so so glad that posted and let me know your thoughts on Perfect Day.  I am so happy that you liked your day.  It is an amazing place!!!  The Oasis lagoon always full up first, then chill beach then South Beach.  As you know I start my late day at South Beach and migrate over to Oasis lagoon in the afternoon.  Did you try the fried chicken sandwich?

No, I had a yummy steak ‘Em sandwich and guacamole. Hope you are enjoying your cruise! I didn’t read your review yet, but did you have problems getting to FL?
I did! Saturday flight canceled by southwest. Had to scramble and fly Sunday with Allegiant. Then pay even more $$$ for Mears taxi from Sanford Orlando. But I got on ship!

Day 1 Embarkation Day

The good thing about being late is that you get to walk right in… no line … no hassle no nothing… it took 10 minutes from curb to Edge!

Yes…I am glad too!  The flight problem came out of left field for me… I did not anticipate it so it wasn’t even on my radar…after I got to Florida I realized how bad it was!

Day 3 San Juan

I don’t think they are interested with selling merchandise on the Edge… there’s really not a lot of selection or things to buy!  On the Summit there were lots of place to go look and browse for things.

Day 3 Lunch MDR

I am quite impressed with food at MDR … usually with Royal they just serve pretty much what is at the buffet but on Celebrity it’s totally different.

Unfortunately, after I found out the number of calories with whipped cream added, I only eat half; even that is way too many!
