NCL Breakaway Room Service

We are booked on the Breakaway July 3rd in a family ocean view cabin. I seem to remember that the continental breakfast did not incur a service fee in the past. Is this no longer the case?

The FAQ indicates there is no charge still for continental breakfast, coffee.

Just curious, what makes you think it has changed?

The FAQ seems to suggest that the items are free, but a convenience fee would be charged. It reads that only Haven guests would not be subject to this. I may be reading it incorrectly.
