What to do in Antigua for a few hours???

We have booked a power boat excursion in March that goes from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Our ship doesn't leave port until 6:00 p.m. We're beach people and would be content to find a local beach with chairs and amenities and hang out for several hours in the afternoon. Can anyone suggest such a place?
