Best bar for a martini on the Dawn....

We will be on the Dawn for the first time this coming Sun. DH & I enjoy a VERY dry martini (vodka or gin). Often on the NCL ships we have had difficulty finding a bartender who excelled at martinis, even at the Martini Bar. It seems on the Dawn our best bet would be The Gatsby but if you know which bar/bartender knows all the nuances of martinis, please clue me in. We often just say "No Vermouth" to keep it simple.
