Post Cruise Testing in Europe to come home

Does Celebrity offer a covid test prior to disembarkation in order to get a flight home that day?  Even if for a fee, at least it is a place to get it.  Getting off in Barcelona, and flying home to US.

My understanding is that if you booked before a certain date that Celebrity would test you at the Pier after disembarkation for a fee.   After that date (and I don't recall the date) you have to pay for it.    If I recall the requirements are that you have to have a flight within on day of disembarkation.
