Norwegian Fjords - view from MSC Ship or fjord tours from ports?

Recommended Posts

Hi, we are booked on MSC Preziosa in Sept 2022.  It is visiting (in order) Bergen 8am to 2pm, Honninsvag 5pm to 2am, Tromso 1pm to 8pm, Trondheim 7am to 5pm and Nordfjordeid 8am to 4pm (return from Kiel, Germany).

Can anyone advise how much of the Fjords you can see from the ship on the cruise?

MSC currently is not offering any fjord tours in the excursions currently available.

Can anyone recommend Fjord trips from any of these ports?

Thanks!

I will not consider this itinerary as Norwegian Fjord Cruise - As the  itinerary includes Tromsø and Honningsvåg, there is an opportunity for Northern Lights in September - I will see this as the biggest attraction of the cruise.
Nordfjordeid is located in a short fjord but I will not consider it scenic - The other ports are not near the deep scenic fjords.
