Health Questionnaire

On the mandatory health questionnaire, it asks "have you had a Covid 19 vaccination in the last 6 months?"

We had our booster in February.  Would you answer "yes" or "no"?  Is it just referring to the original vaccination(s)?

We answered yes, and our actual cards (which you have to bring with you) showed the third shot.  I would have had to say no if I only went by the first two shots. (Pfizer)  No sense in drawing attention to ourselves with a No on that question.

If you had a booster within 6 months of the sailing date, select YES.

Every other question should be answered NO if you want to get on the ship, except perhaps the "have you traveled outside the United States in the last 14 days" question if you're arriving from another country.
