Elegant dining on Harmony of the Seas

We always purchase the package of 3 Specialty Dinings Restaurants.   The other days on a cruise we eat in the main dining room.  On what days does the Harmony have elegant dining or also called captain's night.   We do not want to go to Specialty restaurants on those nights.  It has been 3 years since we last cruised.  Do they still have lobsters on elegant nights?  Our cruise is on May 8th to Coco Cay, St Marteen, St Thomas, if that makes any difference.

Day 2 and Day 5 or 6 typically.  The "fishermans platter" (at least as it was called a few years ago) which includes lobster is on the second night.

Lobster aboard in the MDR is over-rated in my opinion.
