Carnival beach shuttle in Montego Bay?

A few years ago, we cruised to Montego Bay and Carnival had a shuttle that you could take from the port to a beach and back for a fee. It wasn't an excursion you booked, you just showed up and gave them your S&S card and you were off. (I think it would also stop at a shopping spot, but we didn't get off there.)

 

Does anyone know if Carnival still offers this? We're thinking about booking a cruise that goes there and would like to do it again if it's available.

Today we took this shuttle and were put on it by a carnival person.  Paid for round trip and were told to contact this guy named Paul outside of Margaritaville.  When we left we told Paul we were ready to go.   He took us back to cruise ship and MADE us pay him again.   So ticked.
