Staffing has been a challenge since 2004, they are always short handed, and these job fairs are a fairly regular occurrence.  The drug and alcohol testing, the background check, the firefighting and lifeboat training, and the certifications tend to turn many off, and then there are the cabins, and the lack of time off.
