Marella Explorer 2 are balcony cabins on deck 8/9/10 overlooked? which is best ones to get? I've read that on deck 8 you may not get a twin bed, which I need, and not really bothered where it is so wasn't going to pay £50 to choose.

Hi, we were on Explorer 2 on our last cruise and had balcony cabin 1130 on deck 10. It was almost at the back but the balcony wasn't overlooked, was very quiet and was handy for the buffet for a quick breakfast. We had a double bed but I'm  sure many can be split into twins, you'd have to check.  We avoided deck 8 as I'd  read of double beds fixed against the wall and we definitely didn't  want to climb over each other!

We loved the ship, I'm sure you will have a lovely  cruise.
