Your in Cozumel

Booked on the Equinox in Aug.  Looking at booking the “A Tulum Mayan and 5th Avenue Experience “ in Cozumel.  The description indicates the tours starts at 7:30 and last 8 hours.  According to the ship’s itinerary we don’t dock until 11.  Anyone ever taken this trip before?

You will get better results on the Ports of Call Cozumel board. This tour requires a ferry ride over to the mainland and back to Cozumel. I have taken that ferry and it is generally quite a rough ride. There is a lot of time taken in travel to the site, as after arriving on the mainland, there is a bus ride to the ruins. I believe you only get about 1.5 hrs. at Tulum itself. And August will be brutally hot.
