Is a Covid test required to just fly into the Netherlands from the USA

I do not see this written clearly anywhere  so I’m wanting to know if a Covid test is required to fly into the Netherlands directly from the USA?    We are fully faxed and boosted x 2.  We are not cruising from here but instead visiting for a few before flying to Barcelona.  
 

Any direct experience would be appreciated.  Everything I seem to read is about those that are trying to find a test.

After doing some additional Google Searching I came across this article from The NY Times.  I will post the link.   It does appear that fully vaccinated folks residing in the USA Do Not need a Covid test to enter the Netherlands.

Thank you. I had looked at the official site as well.  I have been looking at other countries and some of them are confusing.
