Anthem of the seas, Sky Class, can I make dining reservations upon embarkation at the concierge lounge?

We are booked in a Grand Suite on the Anthem in June, upon embarkation can we go to the concierge lounge to book dining reservations?   Also,  I searched deck plans everywhere and cannot find where the suite sun deck is.... anyone know?

Better yet, the CL concierge will likely reach out the week before the sailing and you can ask to book things then.

 

The suite sun deck is on 16 aft - door is just past the Fuel entrance.

Thank you!!!!!!!!!!   Do you know if there is a bar on the suite deck?  I have also searched high and low for this info and can't find it anywhere  (It says on some ships, but not specifically for the Anthem)

No bar that I know of - just seats/loungers.
