Since we have two phones, one for each of us, should we each download the app for schedules etc?

Yes.  IIRC, if you choose to watch the muster drill on your phone, the system will want to see that it's been viewed by each of you separately, too.  Also handy for watching OBC balance for each of you.

When you watch the muster drill it prompts you to select all passengers on the reservation.  you can watch it together on 1 device.

Very good.  We had to watch it twice for some reason.  Must have been an X IT glitch rather than separate viewing requirement.  It was back in November for a restart cruise.
