crown & anchor coupons for staterooms

Can anyone tell me how strict R/C is on using the stateroom coupons in the back of the Crown & Anchor magazine? We are planning a Mexican Riveria Cruise for next March 11th 2007. The new C&A magazine has a coupon but not for the date we are going. Do you think they would except it from our TA??? Also what kind of weather can we expect for that time of the year.

You should have great weather in March. RCL will definately not accept a coupon that is not for the date of the cruise.
