Optum Test Kits for Celebrity Cruises

I just received my order following the links on Celebrity Cruises and was very annoyed.  Optum did not put enough postage on the box and I had to pay $3.45 to receive my "free shipping" box.

Anyone else experience this or am I the lucky one?
