We are a family of 8 consisting of teens to adults.
Looking budget friendly beach day break.
just want to hit the beach for a couple of hours from

cruise ship but  don’t want to spend too much.
Any recommendations ? Taxi + entry fees  to beach — with a budget.
thanks!

Probably Paradise Beach if $$$ is your chief concern.

All the main beach clubs everyone uses (paradise, Mr. Sanchos, Nachi Cocum and Playa Mia) share the same stretch of beach on the island, so beachwise they have an incredibly similar exprience. (so when one is gettinbg bombarded with seaweed, they are all getting bombarded with seaweed, waters cool, they're all cool)

The difference is the experience. (crowds, music, toys, etc.)

If you do a pay as you go, Paradise will be the cheapest, with a great pool and toys for the kids.

Nachi will be the least crowded (due to their 125 person limits), quietest, but only has all inclusive option.

Mr. Sanchos used to have a pay as you go, but I'm not sure in the post covid Cozumel. Even if they did, the pool isn't nearly as good as Paradise, has toys, but more of a drinking beachers party place.

Playa Mia has the best areas for younger kids but like Nachi, more coslty for the slides and kiddie friendly pools.

Even cheaper (shorter taxis ride, no admission fee) but with no water toys, pool or sandy beach is the Money Bar.  Good snorkeling from the shore, good food, drinks, service and facilities, and a nice sandy area with loungers and shade.  Look at reviews online (Mitsugirly has a photo intensive review from a few years back) to see if it would work for your crowd.
