RCL Belize Restrictions

I just noticed this today while review the RCL protocols for my cruise coming up on 6/5, can anyone validate if this is still accruate.

At the above ports, all guests must purchase a tour through royal Caribbean if they wish to go ashore, regardless of vaccination status.

Probably the same cruise we are on, Liberty of the seas out of Galveston?   We had booked a cave tubing excursion with Butts Up but now have changed and have the zip line and cave tubing excursion through the ship.  There weren’t a lot of other options, most of the excursions were sold out.

We are on the same ship😁, my travel agent has said there are no Belize restrictions but I’m going to keep both reservations until I’m sure while on board.
