Miami- Marriott at the Airport or Courtyard Marriott Dadeland?

I have tried the search function and was not able to locate any information on the Courtyard Marriott Dadeland. I will be staying in Miami 2 nites pre-cruise 3/10-3/12. I am using a Marriott free night certificate( good for up to category 4 hotel) and reward miles. I have a reservation at Marriott at the Miami airport and after reading tripadvisor and the boards I have concerns that is will be noisey and not in the best neighborhood. I am thinking of switching to the Courtyard Dadeland, any feedback regarding this location would be appreciated. The Courtyard downtown is not an option as it is not available for reward points for the dates I need.

Dadeland is awfully far with lots of slow traffic in the area. What are you planning to do while in Miami?
