The admission comes with an audio guide but this was purchased through NCL so it’s all in included.  $49.00 for this excursion and the $50.00 credit covered it!

I usually sail solo also, and until recently only on NCL (would love to sail RC, but waiting for a really good offer). But, I rarely am able to take advantage of the $50 credit, because I’m a beach gal, and I’d rather book those myself - no crowded bus ride and not restricted to a crowded beach area.

I hear you and agree with you … for beach destinations the excursion credit does not make much sense if you just want to do the beach but on a port intensive stop like this cruise … it is amazing!  Most of the excursions were about $20 or less or even free!

Day 4

Instead of crowding around when we fort got off the bus to take pictures, I waited until we are about the board the bus to get pictures!

Smart!

A lot to see at the Beatles Museum.  I’ll have to go back and take another look.  How long did you stay there?

@BennyBrun...for what it is worth, if the buses are crowded are folks wearing masks?

I follow several other reviews and it seems like there is a rash outbreak of C on cruises and some are saying it is from crowded buses, long flights, airports, no masks etc.

32% of cruisers returning from Alaskan cruises have come down with Covid.

Stay safe!

We were given about 90 minutes.  I used 60 minutes but did not hear every single clip of the audio information.  I was told there won’t be enough time to hear it all.

The buses are about 50% full for my tours and no one is wearing a mask.  I have Covid tests with me so I will be testing tomorrow.  I do avoid the elevators as they are jammed like a sardine can!

Day 4

Wow … this was a packed day!  On the way back to the ship and it’s about 6PM.  The ship leaves at 7:30PM tonight.  Originally it was supposed to leave at 8PM but they started to make announcements this morning that the all aboard time has been changed to 7PM!

Day 4

Garden Cafe Dinner

It is not very busy up here… one side is open and empty space to love about … nothing spectacular but lots of options to choose from.  Nothing wrong with the taste but nothing to say WOW!

I see Jello, being in England one would think that trifle would be served.  🤔

If there's trifle anywhere on that ship, Benny will find it! 😄

You ask for it and you shall receive.  Here comes the cherry trifle at MDR… and the filling… Jello with cherries
