Private Tours question

Hello,

We have booked several private tours for our upcoming cruise (Croatia, Greece and Turkey). I know tipping is subjective, but I would appreciate a rough idea of an appropriate gratuity in these countries for a Private Guide. Also, in some cases, we will also have a driver in addition to guide. What would be the guidelines for a driver gratuity? 

As I said, I realize tipping is a personal matter. I'm only asking for guidelines as I'm really not sure what to do.

We have done many private tours and generally give a tip equal to about 10 dollars per person for full day, and five per person half day. I believe we did that in Croatia and Greece in 2019.
