I paid a minimum deposit and asked that the reservation be transferred to my credit card travel agency in order to take advantage of travel credits earned. Since that time we’ve been having fraud issues with the credit card and the credit card company continues to pass through charges from a major mail order retailer in the old number and is unwilling or unable to stop the fraudulent charges. I have locked the account but get email. notice that fraudulent charges continue to be attempted. I cannot use this card so will be closing my account. Obviously I do not want to deal with this major credit card or their travel agency in the future. Am I able to transfer this reservation back to the cruise line without penalty?
