We were on Harmony on Nov 28 and we basically walked in but capacity was about 40%. We're on Jewel this Nov so interested to see what they do. Not sure if they were enforcing Harmony check in when we sailed B2B a couple of weeks ago. I had 10:30, but arrived early to score inside parking in the garage, and checked with guard dogs when check in would start, which was 10:15...and indeed they did. Dropped bags, walked over to Grills for a delicious Bloody Mary to watch the waterfront scene on their deck. Indeed many had already gone in when we came back at 11:00 am. We simply got in suites/Pinnacle line and waltzed right in. Easy peasy. Our capacity was 94% first week, 99% he second week.
Green Oreos Posted June 19, 2022 #27 Share Posted June 19, 2022 We were on Allure in May and check in was horrible. Arrived right on time at 12:30 and had to wait in a long line outside the terminal. I asked a worker if this was the line for the 12:30 check ins and he said there are two lines. One for Suite guests and one for everyone else. So we waited....one hour and 25 minutes later we stepped onboard. Not sure how it could be streamlined but this process has issues. On our 7 other cruises we spent less than a half hour in line. The average was about 15 minutes.
