Booking Excursions, Drink Package, Dining Etc?

We have not cruised with Royal for a few years.  Just booked the Wonder of the Seas yesterday.  When we go to book anything for the cruise it just keeps looping us back to the sign in page.  We are already signed in.  Tried signing out and signing back in, same thing.  Called Royal and they state that you can not book anything until 90 days out.  Is this true?

Typical Royal IT problems.  You can book more than 90 days out, though YMMV for different ships and itineraries.  Even so, it should let you access your Cruise  Planner even if there are no packages or shorex available yet.  Try a different browser/device.  Maybe even try "private" or "incognito" mode.

It never ceases to amaze me the answers the phone agents will give to get you off the phone!  When in doubt, just make something up!

I can't get past the sign in loop either. I am signed in and I tried several times and shut things down and rebooted back up, still no luck. I will try a different day.
