Maryjanerob Posted June 24, 2022 #1 Share Posted June 24, 2022 Hi, husband and I tested positive for covid on Tuesday 21/6, we sailed from corfu so I understand we abide by Greek regs. The Greek regs state that we have to isolate for 5 days and then can come out of isolation, however Tui are insisting that we have to test negative before we can leave isolation. can anyone advise what my rights actually are? thanks
Tizzy-Jo Posted June 24, 2022 #2 Share Posted June 24, 2022 I assume you are on board the ship at present. That being so, you would have to abide by Tui rules. If by any chance you were taken off ship to isolate, you would not be allowed back on board until advised by Tui. So sorry to hear about your positive result with the dreaded covid. Pensioncruiser Posted June 25, 2022 #3 Share Posted June 25, 2022 Sorry for your situation but it looks like it's still rampant our relatives have had to isolate on return to Southampton after being confined in their cabin for three days and it took our daughter ten day's before she tested negative. We are still not happy to take the risk but can fully understand and respect cruisers that are. Hope all works out for you. 🤞
