Are they still quarantining people If they're exposed while on the ship?

I know if you are sick they are quarantining most people to the med floor if I've read the posts correctly.  Does anyone know if they're still quarantining pax if they're exposed to a positive case while on the ship?

I think most people are exposed to positive Covid cases these days.

Sure.  But are they quarantining if you are?  I had the VID a month back, but didn't get a PCR test at a facility officially confirming it.

My point is that they really can't quarantine an entire ship.

My experience on a recent cruise was that they do little to no contact tracing. Spouses of quarantined passengers could remain in their cabin and roam the ship as normal.
