October Sailings Western Med?

Looking to get my brother and his partner join us on their first cruise to celebrate one of her "special" Birthdays.

It would be early October, can you give me an idea of what we might expect weather wise and sea state?

I understand it will be different every year, but generally is it still warm, is the Med still fairly tranquil?

I thought Western Med might be a good introductory area for their first cruise.

Hi Tony, We love the Western Med in early October. we have booked 4th October and 99% of the time we have had good weather and calm seas. plus temp in the 80f/30c ..don't hesitate 😉

We did a b2b cruise in early October 2019, western med and eastern med. The weather was lovely, warm but not too hot.  We only had rain in Zakynthos but that island is quite north for that time if year.

Love cruising in October. I really want to book but not with testing and way airports are. If things are better I'll be checking the prices....
