What’s allowed to carry onboard? 2 bottles of wine per person? Or 2 per cabin?

Based on my direct experience, 99% of the XRay employees don't care if you bring on more than the rules state.  When there's a line for the XRay, the XRay person is only looking at the screen, they have no idea who's bag is who's, how many bottles passenger A brought vs passenger B.  Furthermore, no one is inventorying bottles brought on by porters vs carried on.  If you're on team bring extra, it's easy to do so and if you somehow get caught, no loss, you get it back at the end of your cruise.
