Mediterranean Cruise 2023 - Book now?

I'm looking at booking a Mediterranean cruise for next April (Deluxe Veranda). Should I book now or wait to see if they have a better offer in the fall? I am tempted to wait but am concerned that inflation will drive the prices up instead of down.

In general, Regent prices don't go down.  If a cruise sells badly, there are sometimes discounts, but a good TA can get that for you, if it can be applied to an existing booking.  The main reason to book now for next April is cabin selection.

you should book now if they offer a better deal such as the 2 cabin upgrade your TA should be able to rebook you at the lower fare.  You should also book so you get pick your shore excursions rather than wait and find out they are unavailable.
