Yes, we were given a red tassel for the bracelet signifying free drinks at the casino bar. You don't have to be actively playing to get a drink.

I also have a casino offer from URcomped and I am going on Virgin in November. Where do you get the Tassle for the free drinks? Do you have to go find the host to get the Tassle? Or do you get it at check in?

You get that at the Casino Cashier Window. All the casino people, hosts and other workers are all very friendly.
