Precruise hotel recommendation for Seattle, cruising on Princess Discovery August 28

Looking for recommendations for a precruise hotel in Seattle for one night. We fly in the day before our cruise begins. We will be extending in Seattle after our cruise ends. We are planning to use Uber to get to our hotel and to the cruise port. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Happy to help- what is your budget? Hotels in Seattle, especially in the summer, can get pricey. What are you looking for in a hotel? Just a place to sleep, near all the sights, a luxury experience? A bit more info and I can direct you to a good option.

Thank you for your help!  I'm guessing its best to Uber from the airport to the hotel and then to the cruise port the  day of the cruise? We get in the day before at 3:15pm so we won't have much time for sights but a few restaurants nearby to the hotel would be nice as well as being fairly close to the cruise port so in the morning we don't have to travel too far to get to the ship.  We are on Discovery Princess,  As far as budget, mid range is kind of what we are looking for. Thankyou again for your suggestions!

The Mediterranean Inn just north of the downtown area is one of the closest hotels to where you will be departing from at Pier 91. It’s across the street from a Safeway with several restaurants within a few blocks and a 5 minute walk to the Seattle Center/Space Needle where you can also catch the monorail to the downtown core.
