Casino Question

If you go to the cashier, they charge a 5% fee unless you have casino "status".  If you do it on a slot machine, there is no fee, but you should play a few spins before cashing out or else you might get flagged and they could cut you off from doing any more transactions like that.

No charge if you are using non-refundable OBC.
