On back to back cruises, can each cruiser bring 2 bottles of wine onboard?

I believe you can bring a “reasonable” amount on as long as you pay corkage.  No free bottles anymore.

What if you are drinking the wine in your cabin? Is there a corkage fee and what is the corkage fee, when applied?

Since HAL changed the rules in June 2021 you are no longer able to bring wine on board "free" even if you drink it in your cabin.  All bottles of wine are subject to a $20 per bottle corkage fee.  Here is a link on HAL's web page on the rules for bringing wine, hard liquor and soft drinks on board.
