What is a fair email response time for a pre-cruise Suite Concierge inquiry?

Recommended Posts

So let’s say you’re booked for a suite and received an introduction letter from the concierge a week before sailing -

when you send an email taking the concierge up on an offer to assist with things pre-cruise, what is a fair response time for the concierge to get back to you?

The questions / requests from people sailing before you will get priority over yours. For us it is usually one to two weeks before sail date unless the Concierge has some extra time.

Thank you for your response.

I sent my requests in response to the email the concierge sent me, “If you require any assistance, I’ll be happy to help you.”  Who knows, maybe the concierge is ill or something.
