Seannie Posted July 30, 2022 #1 Share Posted July 30, 2022 So let’s say you’re booked for a suite and received an introduction letter from the concierge a week before sailing - when you send an email taking the concierge up on an offer to assist with things pre-cruise, what is a fair response time for the concierge to get back to you? smokeybandit Posted July 30, 2022 #2 Share Posted July 30, 2022 I've gotten responses within 24 hours, often less. Sometimes within a couple hours.
Cigar King Posted July 30, 2022 #3 Share Posted July 30, 2022 Depending on how close they are to TAD, I'd say a day or two.
Seannie Posted July 31, 2022 Author #4 Share Posted July 31, 2022 I’ll be approaching the 48 hour point shortly. I’ll give it until tomorrow morning.
PhoenixCruiser Posted July 31, 2022 #5 Share Posted July 31, 2022 The questions / requests from people sailing before you will get priority over yours. For us it is usually one to two weeks before sail date unless the Concierge has some extra time.

I sent my requests in response to the email the concierge sent me, “If you require any assistance, I’ll be happy to help you.” Who knows, maybe the concierge is ill or something.
