JerryG0828 Posted August 3, 2022 #1 Share Posted August 3, 2022 I have been on 2 prior cruises where I provided proof of covid vaccination on checking in at the cruise port. I didn't use verifly for these cruises. I'm now trying to use verifly for my next cruise. When I get to the "manage checklist" page there is no right arrow link on the #1 Upload Proof of COVID 19 Vaccination so I am unable to continue. Is it possible that Holland America has retained a record of my vaccination status from the prior cruises so I don't have to enter it again or is something else wrong? Thank you in advance for any help with this!
Mtn2Sea Posted August 3, 2022 #2 Share Posted August 3, 2022 When is your cruise? I had to wait until I was within a 30 day window before I could move forward after initially setting up my account.
JerryG0828 Posted August 3, 2022 Author #3 Share Posted August 3, 2022 (edited) My cruise is more than 30 days away so maybe that is the problem. But #2 has the right arrow link and when I click it I get a message saying it is too early. Thank you! Edited August 3, 2022 by JerryG0828 Adding more information. Mtn2Sea Posted August 3, 2022 #4 Share Posted August 3, 2022 Seems like I also saw the arrow on #2, but no arrow on #1 until I was within 30 days.
JerryG0828 Posted August 3, 2022 Author #5 Share Posted August 3, 2022 Thanks again! I'll try again when I get within 30 days. Won't be long! I'm looking forward to my 6th cruise to Alaska.

Mtn2Sea Posted August 4, 2022 #7 Share Posted August 4, 2022 We just boarded the N. Statendam today in Boston and VeriFLY made a big difference (once we got into the terminal building). Once we got through security, things moved very fast.
JerryG0828 Posted August 17, 2022 Author #8 Share Posted August 17, 2022 Now that it's less than 30 days until my cruise I was able to upload my covid shot information.
