I board Zaandam in San Diego in a few weeks. Holland America just sent me an email recommending using Verifly. Is it really still being used in San Diego? Anybody have recent experience?

I cruised Alaska on the Nieuw Amsterdam last September. Coke was $1.48 during happy hour in the Ocean bar.

I talked to my PCC today. She told me it would not be a problem. I could create the entry by marine once onboard.

Thank you! I'll call my PCC tomorrow and see if she has an answer. I cannot delete the original entry for the land crossing into Canada and create the new entry until I get internet service on the ship as my cell service does not provide service in Canada. Also since the shuttle bus takes us directly to the ship after clearing customs at the border there is no opportunity.

Thank you for the rapid reply! I spend the night before the cruise at a hotel in Seattle then take the Holland America shuttle bus from the hotel directly to the ship. So do I create the second entry after I board the ship or can I create it as a second entry before the initial entry into Canada?

I'll be taking an Alaska cruise starting in Vancouver, BC and ending in Vancouver, BC with an additional stop in Prince Rupert. I know I need to complete an arrivecan entry for the initial entry into Canada for the start of the cruise. Can somebody who has recently cruised to Alaska round trip from Vancouver tell me from their personal experience if they had to create additional arrivecan entries for the additional times arriving into Canada? Please no guesses from those who don't have first hand knowledge. Thank you in advance for any information you can share!

Now that it's less than 30 days until my cruise I was able to upload my covid shot information.

My cruise is more than 30 days away so maybe that is the problem. But #2 has the right arrow link and when I click it I get a message saying it is too early. Thank you!

I have been on 2 prior cruises where I provided proof of covid vaccination on checking in at the cruise port. I didn't use verifly for these cruises. I'm now trying to use verifly for my next cruise. When I get to the "manage checklist" page there is no right arrow link on the #1 Upload Proof of COVID 19 Vaccination so I am unable to continue. Is it possible that Holland America has retained a record of my vaccination status from the prior cruises so I don't have to enter it again or is something else wrong? Thank you in advance for any help with this!

My cost was $158 for the transfer from Seattle to Vancouver for the cruise and the transfer back to Seattle after the cruise ends. I believe it is only available on the day of the cruise.

My PCC sent me this information. AIRPORT MEETING AREA (SEA): North end of baggage Claim Next to Carousel 16 Guests should check in with the HAL rep between 8am - 10am for SEA/YVR transfer Transfer coach will depart as soon as all guests are accounted for but no later than 10:30am

February 2020 I was on the Maasdam from Auckland to San Diego. The flight from San Francisco to Auckland was booked as Air New Zealand but operated by United. This was through Flight Ease.
