Ali-in-Texas Posted March 1, 2006 #2 Share Posted March 1, 2006 You sign up for express debarkation while on the ship. They only let a limited number of passengers do this so you should check on this as soon as your on the ship. Be sure and pack light.
Tenbyman Posted March 1, 2006 #3 Share Posted March 1, 2006 We were on the Navigator 18th February and if you needed to get off the ship early, you had to be able to carry your luggage off yourself. We didn't do this but the people that did were allowed off between 6.30 and 7.30. You must go to the pursurs office early in your cruise and tell tham that you want to do this, as said before they only let a certain number of people do this. blythe Posted March 1, 2006 #4 Share Posted March 1, 2006 It may be that each individual ship has its own rules. When we disembarked the Mariner on 1/29, we did not have to have any tags or sign up to use the early debarkation. All we did was to keep all our luggage and we took it off the ship ourselves. They announced that we could disembark about 7:15a.m. It was the easier we have ever had it to leave the ship. We will definitely do this again whenever we have the opportunity.
