Any recent Zuiderdam Pinnacle Suite 7046 sailors?

Hi there!  Wondering if anyone has recent experience with the Zuiderdam port side Pinnacle suite?  Specifically, is the sound system working on the balcony?  I enjoy being able to listen to the talks at glacier bay from the balcony, but the last couple times the sound system hasn’t functioned properly.  Hoping with the more recent renovation of this suite, we might luck out.  Also has anyone received the in depth ship tour since Covid has been a thing?  Thanks in advance!

Is it true that it is against the rules of Glacier Bay National Park to have amplified announcements/music on outside decks while cruising in the park?  I don't know myself, but I seem to recall someone posting on Cruise Critic at one time that this was the rule.

 

Does anyone know for a fact?  If so, maybe that is why the 7046 balcony speakers didn't work????
