Ncl app reservations disappeared

Every time I check my NCL app and look at my cart they say that my reservations have disappeared. The dinners that I reserved in bistro and Cagneys are no longer there. When I go to rebook what times are not available. What do I need to do to secure these reservations?

On the app you need to go to 'My Plans' not the cart. Everything you have booked should be there.

 

Alternatively have you tried logging in on the website instead of the app? Everything you booked should be there. 

 

If you booked something you would have had an email confirming same...did you get an email?

You didn't mention which ship, but if it's POA it sounds like they are cancelling reservations for Cagney's and the Bistro due to the reduced ship capacity and reduced staff.  I've read several posts of people thinking they have secured reservations which were subsequently cancelled by NCL.
