Disembarking Civitavecchia Port

Disembarking Civitavecchia Port will be taking a taxi direct from port to Fiumicino Airport to catch a flight to UK.  Will I need any COVID documents or Locator Form?  Details are not clear on Azamara site.

If you need any forms the ship will issue the guidance before disembarkation (rules change!) you need your covid vaccination documentation to board so will have it anyway

Hi,

Just for info locator form (EPLF) are no longer required in Italy, however you may still require to mask at the airport.
