Bell Street Parking Seattle

Leaving from Pier 66, have any recent cruisers used Bell Street
 on 9 Wall Street, Seattle?  If so, was making reservations necessary?  Were there plenty of slots available.  Have not used this place since 2008, at that time, just drove in with no space problem.  Just wondering??

We used them last year for a cruise.  Paid in advance and then used the bar code to check out.  It was a bit confusing as there were no people there to help when we checked in.  We didn't realize there was a bridge over to the cruise terminal up 2 levels from where we parked.  No big deal, we just got there via the bottom level.

 

There were people there to help/pay when we left. 

 

It is right across the street from the cruise terminal, so very convenient.
