Ambience 42 day cruise

We are booked on the January 5th 42 day cruise from tilbury. We are from Bristol and as ambassador are not putting on a coach to tilbury we will need to book a taxi.

 

Anyone else from this area going and want to share the ride to and from?

 

Also ....any ideas for cruise insurance prices?

Have you considered going by train and having your bigger cases taken to/from the port by carrier if that can be done for Tilbury?

 

We had used The Baggage Handling Company for a Southampton and a Dover cruise a few years back, but I do not think they do Tilbury.  Ambassador, (or other people who have travelled from Tilbury), may be able to suggest a company who would.  We always have cases picked up a day before we leave home though, just in case of a missed pick up, though they tend to be reliable.
