Trans Atlantic April 15 what kind of clothes

Hi I am doing a Trans Atlantic on the Noordam in April. It is 16 nights. Just wondering what kind of clothes to take. Will it be cold on the trans atlantic sailing? And does anyone know how thw weather is in Europe that time of year? We will be going to Portugal, Monte Carlo, Spain and Rome? Thanks

We've been fortunate enough to have done 3 transatlantics...bring clothes to layer. Bring a light jacket/raincoat to wear over a sweater/sweatshirt as needed...we found it got cooler and cooler on the Atlantic.
