Bliss - Smoking & Vibe

Two questions...

 

Where is smoking allowed?

 

How do you get to Vibe?

Vibe - I see an elevator on the deck plans.  There are also numerous ship tours on YouTube, I'm sure many of them would have a tour of the venue where you can see the access...

Thanks but I've already checked out the FAQ's & seen videos of the Vibe area.  I'm looking for more specific information.

 

Where, other than the casino, is the smoking area?  What deck?  Forward or Aft?

 

As far as Vibe goes, the Forward elevators seem to only go to the Sun Deck (17) while Vibe is on 19.  No elevator means a slow walk up a couple of flights for this cane user.  I can do it, but if there's elevator access, I'd like to know where to locate it.

Directly from the FAQ I linked - 

On Norwegian Bliss and Norwegian Joy, cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, cigars, pipe smoking and vapor smoking devices are permitted at Spice H₂O, starboard side

I was on Bliss last month. Smoking is in Spice H2O deck 17 or 18 can’t remember aft. They also set up a coffee pot at end of bar from 6am to 9 am so if you don’t need fancy Starbucks coffee you’re set for morning smoke with cup of coffee. Part of the smoking area is covered so if it’s raining you don’t get soaked.

Perfect!  Thanks so much for the info.  Glad to know I can have my morning coffee & smoke without trying to sneak into the Cigar Lounge or hide out in the Casino!

Lol it was quite the social gathering in the morning as people had their coffee and smoke. The casino has a separate closed room for smokers.

 It worked out perfect for me up in spice H2O
