Is Royal still banishing cruisers to the Covid "ward" if you contract Covid onboard?   Someone posted on Celebrity that they were allowed to stay in their balcony cabin.

We were on the Radiance in June for an Alaskan cruise. My husband tested positive 3 days in and was moved to an ocean view cabin in the COVID ward, in a locked hallway. I was allowed to carry on with all activities, wearing a mask and testing every morning by lab staff.

That would make sense, but I think they'd find out because you would need to inform your cabin attendant and probably order meals through room service.  When my husband tested positive for Influenza A in February 2020 (our last cruise before Covid hit), he was quarantined in our cabin (I was given Tamiflu and not restricted in any way).  The cabin attendant was not allowed in our cabin and room service meals were left outside our door.
