Entertainment on Discovery

1st time on a Princess cruise and curious to know about entertainment venues during dinner time - specifically on discovery.  We were just on a royal cruise and there was very little entertainment (lots of trivia) before dinner or actually before theater shows.  The entertainment, other than theater, was so over crowded that it was almost impossible to get a seat.  In contrast, NCL always seemed to have some type of entertainment - even if its just a piano player. 

 

what should I expect with Discovery Princess?

Not sure exactly what you are looking for here.  There is quite a lot of entertainment around the ship.  Refer to your daily newsletter aka Princess Patter for the listings.  But, Don't miss Spotlight Bar and Rock Opera even if you have to sit and wait in the theater.

There is very often someone providing some type of music in the Piazza or if not there, at Crooners (above the Piazza).  I believe you will find *some* type of entertainment happening at most any point in your evening.
