NHS Wales Covid pass

I have a paper certificate (sorry, very old school me) showing my 2 vaccines and booster and  I was wondering if anyone from Wales who has travelled can confirm whether or not this will still be valid for my cruise in October. 

 

I know that the English versions have an expiry date, but there is no expiry date on my Welsh one, so I was wondering if it will be OK.

Sorry, I meant to say that it was originally ordered (?) in March for a cruise in May.

The last covid pass I downloaded in May had an expiry date just under the QR code on the top right of the certificate. They have extended the expiry dates now, I think they are now valid for up to 6 months.

Not sure if they are the same if you order them by post.

Thanks for replying Bobblehat71.  There's definitely no expiry date under the QR code on mine, so I am hoping it will be OK.

I recently re-downloaded my certificate from the Welsh NHS app and I’m fairly certain I read during the process that it was valid for 6 months. It’s so easy to update it - just log in again and print a new one. There’s no charge and then you can be certain it’s valid.

Thanks Brynmelyndavid.  I have a paper certificate that was posted to me.  I think I might try and download the digital version, just to be on the safe side.

I have just printed out my covid pass and do have an exiry date under the QR code.

Refreshed my digital version from NHS Wales in August and it lasted until February - I suppose to be able to show the 2nd booster

As your paper version supplied and printed on letterheaded paper by NHS, has your vaccinations and booster information it should suffice!

Thanks very much for that Sheila.  I have also rung the NHS Wales covid number and they confirmed there is no expiry date on the letter version.
