Contact info for the ship

I wouldn't print out anything that is 47 pages long. I save the PDF file and keep the email handy. I added any and all the contact numbers pertinent to the trip into my contacts on  my phone and hope never to have to use any of them 😉

It's the "Important - Viking Final E-Document" (one for each guest: PDF format) that is part of an e-mail package that get sent about two weeks before embarkation.

Hm. We didn’t receive that. Maybe it went to my TA (who also neglected to put enough postage on the forwarded package containing our luggage tags so we didn’t receive those, either).

There is a way around your TA. Have the tags and documents sent directly to you.

The next to last item on the invoice, right before the Terms is: Shipping Address - Final Documents

In the future, at booking, instruct your TA to put your name and address in that block. When you review the initial offer/invoice before making your deposit, make sure that it is your address that appears on the page, not the TA's. Don't pay the deposit until the TA adds the correct information. (Yes, it can be done after but there is no incentive for the TA to change it if you have already made the deposit; sometimes you have to play hard-ball).

For now, since your TA doesn't seem to be forwarding it to you, contact tellus@vikingcruises.com and see if they can get you a copy of your final E-Docs (sent 2-3 weeks before departure). This is one of those times when maybe they can do it and maybe they can't but it is worth asking. Ask them to at least send you the emergency contact info for the ship and the embarkation dock address. The rest of the info is on your final invoice (cabin # etc).

I put the PDF and my final invoice on my mobile just in case I need them.
