Five years ago yesterday Irma devastated our beloved islands of the BVI. The resilience and fortitude of the residents has simply been amazing to follow since that terrible day. 

Many businesses and resorts that were destroyed in the blink of an eye have risen out of the remnants of that fateful day, and the residents are once again able to share their beautiful islands with visitors.

 

The ensuing pandemic crippled the islands even more of course…

 

The residents are indeed wonderful, and if you have the opportunity to express your appreciation of their resilience, and your gratitude for being able to experience the beauty of their islands, please do so.

These islands are a special place in many of our hearts! ❤️🙏
